Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Ripple subscription at any time. This page explains how cancellation works and what happens to your account afterward.
How to Cancel
Sign in to Ripple and go to Billing in the sidebar. Click Manage subscription to open your secure billing portal, hosted by our payment processor (Stripe), and select Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately in our records, and no further charges will be applied.
Monthly Subscriptions
Ripple offers monthly subscriptions only. When you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of that cycle. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation takes effect.
No Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made partway through a billing cycle. Once payment is made, your access continues until the end of the paid term.
After Cancellation
When your paid term ends, your account is moved back to the free plan. Your projects and changelog entries remain available, but features limited to paid plans will be disabled until you subscribe again.
Exceptional Cases
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a service failure that substantially prevented you from using Ripple, contact us at legal@tryripple.co. We review these requests case by case.
Deleting Your Account
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at privacy@tryripple.co. See our Privacy Policy for information about data retention and deletion.
